Progress Cedar Valley is a group of citizens who live, work and raise families in the Cedar Valley. The group was formed to analyze the proposed development of the coal-fired energy generation facility in Waterloo (the Project). We believe the Project is a tremendous opportunity for the continued development of our great community. We are not affiliated with LS Power and receive no money from LS Power, but LS Power is aware of our existence and our intent to influence public opinion.
